传统现浇楼梯施工中使用封闭型木模板,出现胀模、漏浆、孔洞、疏松、几何尺寸偏差大、平整度差等质量缺陷,而且模板循环次数少,工人安装踏步工作量大。经过工程施工中的不断改进,使用塑料模板代替木模板,循环使用可达50次;在踏步模板留置排气孔,避免混凝土浇筑气泡无法排除。圆满解决以往楼梯模板出现的质量通病,创造出了良好的社会和经济效益。

The traditional cast-in-place stair construction USES the closed wooden template,appears the expansion mold,the leakage pulp,the hole,the loose,the geometry size deviation is big,the flatness is poor and so on the quality flaw,moreover the template circulation frequency is little,the worker installs the step workload to be big.After continuous improvement in engineering construction,plastic template is used instead of wood template,which can be used for up to 50 times.Air vent is left in step formwork to avoid concrete bubbles.Solve the quality common problem that stair formwork appears before satisfactorily,created good society and economic benefit.
