从工程实践出发,对于浅埋暗挖法穿越地面民房的沉降控制措施进行了分析和总结,通过试验段的研究,提出了深孔注浆、采用正台阶预留核心土等主要的施工控制,达到防止塌方,控制地面沉降的施工目标,并对于施工中可能产生质量缺陷的注意事项进行了说明。

On the basis of the engineering practice,the settlement control measures for the shallow buried excavation method through the ground house are analyzed and summarized.Through the study of the test section,the main construction control is put forward,such as the deep hole grouting,the use of the positive steps to reserve the core soil,etc.The construction targets to prevent collapse and control ground subsidence are achieved,and points for attention that may produce quality defects in the construction are explained.
