In the EPC project,design is closely linked with project technology,construction and commercial procurement.Combining with EPC project of a resettlement house,the problems encountered in its pre-design planning,and design with the project recruitment,the construction,the work of approval,and the design management are analyzed.It is also pointed out that the design management strategy of EPC general contracting project should be adjusted because of the inconsistent position between EPC general contracting project and developers'design management.
