摘要 现阶段市政地面常采用水泥稳定碎石作为基层,水泥稳定碎石混合料由水泥、粉煤灰、稳定碎石、砂、石屑等材料构成。然而,由于政府加大对环保的管控力度,导致水泥材料在冬季供应不稳定,且本工程工期紧,没有稳定的原材供给无法保障工期的完成,所以基层材料替换是亟待解决问题。因此,阐述了由石灰粉煤灰稳定砂砾替换水泥稳定碎石的优点及施工过程中质量控制的要点。 At present,cement stabilized macadam is often used as the base of municipal ground.The cement stabilized macadam mixture is composed of cement,fly ash,stabilized macadam,sand and stone debris.However,as the government strengthens the control of environmental protection,the supply of cement materials is unstable in winter,and the construction period of this project is tight.Without a stable supply of raw materials,the completion of the project can not be guaranteed,so the substitution of grass-roots materials is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper describes in detail the advantages of replacing cement stabilized gravel with lime and fly ash stabilized gravel and the key points of quality control during construction.
