摘要
建筑工程项目造价控制是以工程建设中规定的造价限额为基础,对项目工程的施工前期、施工阶段、竣工阶段进行成本造价控制,从而保证建筑工程施工成本的合理性投入,有利于提高建筑工程建设施工的整体质量。建筑工程的全过程造价控制内容涉及到诸多方面,需要工作人员对工程造价进行合理规划,在实现建筑工程造价资金控制合理应用的基础上,实现建筑工程经济效益的最大化。
Cost control of construction project is based on the cost quota stipulated in the project construction.Cost control is carried out in the pre-construction stage,construction stage and completion stage of the project,so as to ensure the rational investment of construction cost of construction project construction and to improve the overall quality of construction project.The whole process of cost control of construction project involves many aspects.It requires staff to plan the cost of construction project rationally.On the basis of realizing the reasonable application of cost control of construction project,the economic benefits of construction project can be maximized.
