本文以南京铁道职业技术学院城轨运营管理专业为例,介绍了学校在与南京地铁运营公司这类大型国有企业合作开展现代学徒制试点工作中的一些具体做法,并就这种做法的效果进行了分析和总结。

Taking the urban rail operation and management major of Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology as an example,this paper introduces some specific practices of the school in cooperating with large state-owned enterprises such as Nanjing Subway Operation Company to carry out modern apprenticeship pilot work,and analyzes and summarizes the effects of such practices.
