幼儿园戏剧活动是一种综合性强、参与度高的艺术课程,对幼儿的发展具有独特的价值。幼儿园教师戏剧活动指导能力对推进幼儿的全面发展具有重要意义。幼儿园教师戏剧活动指导能力的现状表现为:主题选材来源单一;指导方式应用不当;教师缺乏戏剧排练策略支持。导致现状的原因包括:教师理论知识欠缺但学习积极性不足;自身工作定位与戏剧排演要求不匹配;专业发展实际需求与资源支持不同步。提升教师指导戏剧活动的建议:戏剧主题来源贴近幼儿经验;确立戏剧活动幼儿本位;增加参演人数,从小群体到大集体;选择适宜性指导方式;戏剧策略的灵活运用。

Kindergarten drama activity is an art course with strong comprehensiveness and high participation,which has unique value for children's development.Preschool teachers'scientific and effective guidance of drama activities is conducive to the play of drama functions and the realization of its value,and at the same time,it helps to improve kindergarten teachers'guidance ability of drama activities and promote their professional development.This paper analyzes the current situation of G kindergarten teachers in Yangxin County in guiding drama activities through the selection of themes in the preparatory stage of drama activities,the guidance methods of teachers in the implementation stage and the evaluation and guidance of teachers in the end stage by using the methods of observation and interview,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the guidance ability of teachers in drama activities.
