摘要
近年来,我国高校职业生涯规划教育已经成为一项十分重要的工作,构建课程评价体系是检验教学效果、促进教学质量提升、改进高校职业生涯规划教育中存在问题的重要手段。本文采用弗尔比姆的CIPP评价模式进行切入,分别从四个维度:背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、成果评价探讨高校职业生涯规划课程评价体系的构建问题。
In recent years,the education of career planning in colleges and universities has become a very important task in China.Constructing a curriculum evaluation system is an important means to test the teaching effect,promote the improvement of teaching quality,and solve the problems in the career planning education of colleges and universities.With Stufflebeam's CIPP evaluation model as the breakthrough point,this paper explores the construction of a curriculum evaluation system for career planning in colleges and universities from such four dimensions as background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and achievement evaluation.
