浅谈应用型高校学生法律素养提升路径

A Brief Discussion on the Ways of Improving the Legal Quality of Students in Application-oriented Universities

传统的高校法制教育培养注重课堂教育,在高校分类改革的大背景下,针对不同类型高校针对性地开展法制素养教育,可以更好地培养学生职业素养。当前应用型高校法制教育普遍存在课堂内容偏多、课外延伸拓展不足、学生自我教育不足等问题,针对这些突出问题,提出改进办法,转变应用型高校学生法制教育现状,增进应用型高校学生法律信任感,提升应用型高校学生法律素养,从而促进应用型高校学生全面发展。

The traditional legal education and training in colleges and universities focuses on classroom education.Under the background of college classification reform,it can better cultivate students'professional quality by carrying out targeted legal quality education in different types of colleges and universities.At present,there are some general problems in the legal education of application-oriented universities,such as excessive classroom teaching content,insufficient extracurricular activities and insufficient self-education of students.In view of these outstanding problems,this paper proposes some improvement methods to promote the all-round development of students'in application-oriented universities,such as changing the status quo of legal education for students in application-oriented universities,enhancing the legal trust of students in application-oriented universities,and improving the legal quality of students in application-oriented universities.
