摘要
为了提高工业工程专业学生实践操作能力和创新应用能力,在分析现有工业工程专业课程设计存在的问题和不足的基础上,从IE工程师的角度,建立以提升学生能力为核心的课程设计教学体系,能够让学生充分认识到并能真正从实践中获得收益。以沈阳工业大学工业工程专业为例,介绍柔性一体化的课程设计教学模式目前取得的阶段性成果,应用效果良好,全面提升了本专业学生的工程实践能力与创新能力。
In order to improve industrial engineering majors'practice ability and innovative application ability,based on the analysis of the problems and shortcomings of the existing industrial engineering curriculum design,and from the perspective of IE engineers,this paper sets up a curriculum design system with students'ability as the center,in order to let students really benefit from practice.Taking the industrial engineering major of Shenyang University of Technology as an example,this paper introduces the periodical achievements of the flexible and integrated course design teaching mode,which has achieved good application effect and comprehensively improved the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of students of this major.
