在校大学生舌象调查分析和养生保健对策

Investigation and Analysis of Tongue Images of College Students and Health Care Strategies

目的:以舌象为切入点分析在校大学生的健康状况,并结合日常生活习惯调查结果的统计分析,建立相应的养生保健机制。方法:以在校本科生为对象,对其舌象进行现场观察、统计和分析,并对其日常生活习惯进行调查,以舌象统计结果为主,日常生活统计为辅,分析在校大学生的健康状况,提出相应的养生保健方法。结果:正常舌象所占比例仅有38.7%,淡白舌、齿痕舌、厚白苔是非正常舌象中出现频率最多的舌象。结论:结合舌象统计结果与现场调查结果推知,舌象不满足正常条件的原因大多为气血阴阳亏虚,应选择相应的养生保健对策。

Objective:To analyze the health status of college students by using tongue image as the entry point,and to establish a corresponding health care mechanism based on the statistical analysis of the survey results of daily life habits.Methods:Taking undergraduate students as subjects,conducting on-the-spot observation,statistics and analysis of their tongue images,and investigating their daily life habits,focusing on the statistical results of tongue images,supplemented by daily life statistics,analyzing the college students'Health status,put forward the corresponding health care methods.Results:The proportion of normal tongue was only 38.7%.The pale tongue,scalloped tongue and thick white moss were the most frequently seen tongues in the abnormal tongue.Conclusion:Combining the statistical results of the tongue image with the results of the field investigation,it is inferred that the reasons for the tongue image not satisfying the normal conditions are mostly qi and blood yin and yang deficiency,and the corresponding health care strategies should be selected.
