摘要
沟通能力指沟通者所具备的能胜任沟通工作的优良主观条件,幼儿的沟通能力主要是指幼儿在日常生活中与人交往的能力。良好的沟通能力不是天生的,让儿童掌握沟通的技巧,保持沟通的意愿自然也就成为父母及教师重要的职责。在培养儿童沟通能力的过程中,合理确定沟通主题与内容,保证儿童有所发挥,营造良好的氛围,提供幼儿沟通机会,重视幼儿情绪体验,强化沟通动机,将倾听能力作为能力培养的出发点,兼顾非语言手段的运用拓展沟通技巧等是行之有效的培养策略。
Communication ability refers to the good subjective conditions a communicator possess for communication.Children's communication ability mainly refers to children's ability to communicate with people in their daily lives.Good communication ability is not innate,so training children's communication skills and keeping their will to communicate with others has naturally become an important duty of parents and teachers.In the process of training and improving children's communication ability,reasonable topics and contents of communication will give play to children's subjective initiative,create a good atmosphere and provide children with communication opportunities.In addition,we should also attach great importance to children's emotional experience,strengthen their motivation of communication,take listening ability as the starting point of ability training,give consideration to the use of nonverbal means,and training communication skills.
