随着社会的发展,农业现代化进程的不断推进,农民职业化的特征日益突出,要求农民要加强自身的专业化和职业化。对农民实施现代化农业教育,有利于农业产业化的发展,实现国家的农业现代化,提高农业劳动的生产率,提升农产品的市场竞争力。就目前国内农业形势来看,我国已经基本建立了新型农民职能培训体制。教育部门和农业部门负责我国的培训新型农民的责任,地方各级政府层层划分职责,将培训任务分到地方政府的行政部门,再接着一些专业的培训机构进行专业培训,初步形成新型农民培训体系。本文主要阐述了如何培训新型农民的方法。

With the development of society and the continuous progress of agricultural modernization,the characteristics of farmers'professionalization have become increasingly prominent.It is required that farmers should strengthen their own specialization and professionalization.The implementation of modern agricultural education for farmers is conducive to the development of agricultural industrialization,the realization of the country's agricultural modernization,increase the productivity of agricultural labor,and enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products.In terms of the current domestic agricultural form,China has basically established a new training system for farmers.Education departments and agricultural departments are responsible for the training of new types of farmers in China.Local governments at all levels divide their responsibilities into administrative departments of local governments and receive professional training from some professional training institutions to initially form a new type of farmer training system.This article mainly elaborates the methods of training new farmers.
