随着经济社会和信息技术的深入发展,近些年互联网金融呈现出迅猛发展的态势,给人们的生活和理财等方面带来了很大的影响。在互联网金融发展中,人们最关心的就是个人信息安全的问题。与传统意义上的金融消费者不同,互联网发展背景下,个人信息安全更易被侵犯,个人信息泄露的问题时有发生,影响到客户的权益和数据的安全性。因此,在互联网金融发展的背景下,更要加强对个人信息安全的保护。本文主要就互联网金融消费者个人信息安全法律保护的问题进行了探讨。

With the in-depth development of economy,society and information technology,Internet finance has shown rapid development in recent years,which has brought great influence to people's life and financial management.In the development of Internet finance,people are most concerned about the issue of personal information security.Different from financial consumers in the traditional sense,in the context of Internet development,personal information security is more vulnerable to infringement,and personal information leakage has occurred from time to time,affecting customers'rights and data security.Therefore,in the context of the development of Internet finance,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of personal information security.This paper mainly discusses the issue of legal protection of personal information security for Internet financial consumers.
