摘要
高职教师的信息化教学能力水平是高等职业教育信息化发展的关键。以南京信息职业技术学院为例,采用问卷调查的方法,利用SPSS统计软件对数据进行探索性因子分析,得出行为技能、思维认知、应用拓展、教学实践、政策氛围和环境保障六个主要影响因子。对六个影响因子基于TPACK层面进行解释,给出影响教师信息化教学能力的内、外部因素。研究结果为高职教师的信息化教学能力培养方向提供思路。
The level of information-based teaching ability for higher vocational teachers is the key to the information development of higher vocational education.This paper,taking Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology as an example,uses the method of questionnaire survey and SPSS statistical software to carry out exploratory factor analysis on the data,and obtains six main influencing factors:behavioral skills,thinking cognition,application development,teaching practice,policy atmosphere and environmental guarantee.The six influencing factors are explained based on TPACK level,and internal and external factors affecting teachers'information-based teaching ability are given.The results of the study provide ideas for the training direction of higher vocational teachers'information-based teaching ability.
