高职旅游英语人才需求调查及教学改革对策——以京津冀区域为例

A Survey on the Demand of Tourism English Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures for Teaching Reform——Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as an Example

随着京津冀协同发展系列规划和政策不断推进,京津冀旅游业将持续快速发展,新形势对旅游人才培养提出新需求,为旅游职业教育发展提供新机遇。本研究以问卷调查和实地走访相结合的方式,调查并分析京津冀区域内涉外旅游行业企业人才需求现状和问题,提出提升高职旅游英语人才培养质量的教学对策,以期为相关同类院校推进教学改革提供参考。

With the implementation of series of plans and policies of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the regional tourism industry will continue to develop rapidly.This new situation will trigger new demands for tourism talents training,providing new opportunities for the development of tourism vocational education.This study combines questionnaires and field visits to investigate and analyze the status quo and problems of talents in inbound and outbound tourism industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and proposes teaching strategies to improve the quality of tourism English talents in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide a reference for the advance of teaching reform to related similar colleges.
