Cultivation and Practice of Higher Vocational Students’ Professionalism under the Context of "Made in China 2025"

在“中国制造2025”战略语境下,智能化日益普及带来的社会变革,使职业素养呈现出新特征,创新、智慧、生态,品质、国际化等素养的重要性日益凸显。但是当前高职学生的职业素养存在诸多薄弱之处,与时代需求相距甚远。为此,高职教育应积极适应时代需求,通过加强价值引领,构建多元协同有高职特色的职业素养体系,实施科学评价,以提升学生职业素养,促进学生持续发展,服务国家战略。

Under the context of“Made in China 2025”strategy,the increasing popularity of intelligent has brought about many social changes,which makes some new features in professionalism with growing importance,such as the innovation,wisdom,ecology,quality,and internationalization.However,there are many weaknesses in the professionalism of current higher vocational students,which are far from the needs of the times.To this end,higher vocational education should actively adapt to the time demands,strengthen the value leadership,build a multiple and cooperative professionalism system with higher vocational characteristics,and implement scientific evaluation to enhance students'professional quality and their sustainable development to serve the national strategy.
