摘要
随着我国跨境电商的飞速发展和跨境电商活动的日益频繁,以计算机为媒介的跨境电商沟通的重要性日益显著。将跨文化心理学应用于跨境电商沟通领域有助于跨境电商卖家了解不同文化背景下消费者的心理特征与行为特点,让沟通更具清晰性、响应性和舒适性,从而促成跨境电商交易的实现并提升客户的购买满意度。
With the rapid development of the cross-border E-commerce and the increasingly frequent business activities of cross-border E-commerce,the importance of cross-border e-commerce communication based on computers is particularly significant.The application of cross-cultural psychology to cross-border E-commerce communication can help cross-border E-commerce sellers understand the psychological and behavior characteristics of consumers under different cultural backgrounds,making communication clearer,more responsive and comfortable to facilitate cross-border E-commerce transactions and enhance customer’s purchase satisfaction.
