摘要
钻杆系统在桩顶钻机的工作过程中,承受较大正压力和扭矩,其细长杆的结构决定了其对应力、应变、稳定性等方面都有较高的要求。为分析主流钻杆的类型,总结不同类型钻杆的优缺点,利用SolidWorks Simulation模块针对不同工况分别进行静力分析、频率分析、屈曲分析、疲劳分析,并结合计算结果,分析了当前结构设计的合理性。
In the working process of the pile top drilling rig,the drill pipe system bears great positive pressure and torque.The structure of the slender rod determines that it has higher requirements on its stress,strain and stability.The types of mainstream drill pipes are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different types of drill pipes are summarized.The SolidWorks simulation module is used to conduct the static analysis,frequency analysis,buckling analysis and fatigue analysis respectively according to different working conditions.Combined with the calculation results,the rationality of the current structure design is analyzed.
