摘要
伊拉克某油田主力开发层系是中高孔-中低渗的孔隙型碳酸盐岩油藏。该油田经过长时间开发,储层能量下降严重(压力系数0.72),沥青质在井筒及近井地带沉积造成油井产量进一步降低。由于储层物性较好,部分井试井显示表皮系数小于0,常规酸化效果不明显。针对该油田存在有机垢沉积、常规酸化效果不明显的问题,提出了有机解堵剂清洗+储层深穿透酸化的复合解堵技术。该技术在现场应用后单井平均产量增加542桶/d,增产效果显著。
The main pay zone of an oilfield in Iraq is a carbonate reservoir,which has middle-high porosity and mediumlow permeability.After a long period of development,the reservoir energy decreased seriously(pressure coefficient is 0.72),and the asphalt deposited in and near the wellbore area further reduced the well production.Due to the better reservoir physical properties,some well test interpretation shows that the skin factor is less than 0,and conventional acidizing effect is not obvious.In order to solve the problem of organic scale deposition and weak acidizing effect,a compound technology of organic plugging removal and deep penetration acidizing is proposed.The technique has been applied in the field successfully,and the average production rate of the single well increased by 542 bbl/d after operation.
