摘要
在汇总有关安全返港和有序撤离的相关规范和通函的基础上,分析了SOLAS公约中第Ⅱ-1/8-1条、第Ⅱ-2/21条和第Ⅱ-2/22条规定对电气设计及配置的要求,对规范要求进行了解释,并结合SOLAS相关通函,提出了满足要求的电气设备配套方案以及系统设计方案。
Based on the compilation of relevant norms and circulars on safe return to port and orderly evacuation,the requirements for electrical design and configuration specified in articles Ⅱ-1/8-1,Ⅱ-2/21 and Ⅱ-2/22 of the SOLAS Convention are analyzed.The requirements of the norms are explained,and in conjunction with the SOLAS related circular,the electrical equipment supporting scheme and system design scheme that meet the requirements are proposed.
