定子铁心采用非晶与硅钢的电动汽车用永磁同步电机温度场分析 被引量:4

摘要 永磁同步电动机因具有功率密度高,噪声低及效率高等优点在电动汽车中占据了较大的市场份额.将低铁损的非晶材料应用于定子铁心时可使电机效率进一步提升,但高功率密度伴随而来电机发热问题不可忽视.通过对两台相同结构,定子铁心分别采用硅钢和非晶的永磁同步电机进行电热耦合数值分析,对比研究两台电机在额定工况和峰值工况以及高转速下的温度场分布特性.结果表明,在额定转速下非晶电机温升高于硅钢电机,但高速下硅钢电机温升远高于非晶电机.最后对两台样机进行温升实验,将电热耦合结果与实验数据进行对比. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM)occupy a large market share in electric vehicles due to their high power density,low noise and high efficiency.When the amorphous material with low iron loss is applied to the stator core,the motor efficiency can be further improved,but the high power density accompanying the motor heating problem cannot be ignored.Electro-thermal coupling analysis of two identical structures and stator cores using silicon steel and amorphous PMSM is carried out,and the temperature field of the rated working condition and peak working condition of the two motors at rated speed and high speed is simulated.Then it is experimented with two motors and comparied the simulation of electro-thermal coupling results with the experimental data.The results verify the validity of the analytical calculations.
