摘要
乙烯齐聚催化剂是包括主催化剂铬盐、配体、铝氧烷或烷基铝、给电子体等的多组分混合物系,可以高选择性地催化乙烯齐聚合成出1-己烯、1-辛烯、癸烯等α-烯烃产品。实验在上述催化体系的基础上加入了氢气调节剂,改善了聚合环境,提升了催化性能,并对乙烯齐聚工艺条件进行了新的优化和确定,实现了乙烯齐聚催化剂体系升级。
The catalytic system composed of chromic salt and ligands,alkyl or alkyl aluminum,and electron-giving body of the main catalyst can produce highly active catalytic ethylene condensation reactions,which can produce highly selective 1-hexene,1-octene,decene and otherα-olefin products.This paper mainly studies the addition of hydrogen regulator on the basis of the above catalytic system,improves the polymerization environment,and makes new optimization and determination of the ethylene agglomeration process conditions,and realizes the upgrading of the ethylene agglomeration catalyst system.
