饲粮中添加山梨酸对昆明小鼠生长性能和骨骼发育的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加山梨酸对昆明小鼠生长性能和骨骼发育的影响。试验选取48只3~4周龄的雌性昆明小鼠,按体重[(25.07±0.14)g]差异不显著(P>0.05)的原则平均分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)分别在饲喂基础饲粮中添加10、15和20 g/kg山梨酸。试验期4周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组的终末体重、体增重和平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组的股骨重量及生长板中静止区、肥大区长度显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ组的股骨生长板中肥大区长度显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的胫骨生长板静止区的长度显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,Ⅲ组血清钙含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加一定剂量的山梨酸可以显著提高小鼠的生长性能,通过增加小鼠骨重和生长板软骨细胞的增殖,促进小鼠骨骼的生长发育。在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加15 g/kg山梨酸的效果最好。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary sorbic acid on growth performance and skeletal development of Kunming mice.Forty-eight Kunming mice(3-to 4-week-old)were divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 3 mice in each replicate according to the principle of no significant difference(P>0.05)in body weight[(25.07±0.14)g].Mice in the control group were fed a basal diet,and mice in experimental groups(groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10,15 and 20 g/kg sorbic acid,respectively.The trial lasted for 4 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the final body weight,body weight gain and average daily feed intake of group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake of group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the femur weight and length of resting zone,hypertrophic zone in growth plate in of group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),the length of hypertrophic zone in growth plate in femur of group Ⅰ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the length of resting zone in growth plate in tibia of group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the serum calcium content of group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,a certain dose of sorbic acid supplementation can improve the growth performance of mice,and promote the bone development by increasing the bone weight and the chondrocyte proliferation in growth plate.Under the conditions of this experiment,dietary supplemented with 15 g/kg sorbic acid has the best effect.
