摘要 【目的】探索控制长切丝技术对卷烟产品质量特性的综合影响,为保障卷烟产品质量的稳定性提供技术支持。【方法】切丝宽度统一为1.0 mm,比较平刀、齿距50 mm、齿距40 mm和齿距30 mm等不同烟丝控制长度对烟丝结构分布特性、常规化学成分、卷制质量、卷烟燃烧状态及感官质量的影响。【结果】随着切丝长度的缩短,烟丝中长丝、中丝所占比例更加均衡,烟丝结构更加均匀;干燥后烟丝的总糖、还原糖含量及糖碱比随着切丝长度的缩短呈明显下降趋势,切丝长度对其他化学成分的影响不大;控制一定的切丝长度可有效提高烟支密度均匀性、烟支卷制质量的稳定性,切丝长度控制为50 mm时烟支密度的均匀性最好;随着切丝长度的缩短,烟支燃烧最高固相温度呈逐渐降低趋势,切丝长度对烟支的燃烧速率影响较小;不同的烟丝控制长度对卷烟产品的感官质量有较大影响,感官品质排序为齿距50 mm>齿距40 mm>齿距30 mm>平刀。【结论】适当的控制切丝长度可有效提升卷烟产品的质量稳定性及抽吸品质。 [Purpose]To investigate the influence of the controlled strand length cutting of tobacco strips on the quality characteristics of cigarette, ensure the quality and stability of cigarette products.[Method]When the width of cut wire was uniform to 1.0 mm, the influences of different length of cut tobacco including flat blade, pitch 50 mm, pitch 40 mm, pitch 30 mm on the structure of cut tobacco, chemical components, quality characteristics, combustion state and sensory quality of cigarette were studied.[Results]As the pitch of the cutter blade decreases, the proportion of filament and middle-silk in cut tobacco was more balanced, the structure of tobacco was more uniform. There was no significant difference in the conventional chemical composition of dried tobacco of four lengths of cut tobacco. The uniformity of cigarette density and the stability of cigarette physical indicators were better than those of uncontrolled cut tobacco length. The control length of tobacco had a great effect on the maximum solid temperature of cigarette combustion, and had little effect on the burning rate of cigarette. The control length of different cut tobacco had great influence on the sensory quality of cigarette products, order of sensory quality was: pitch 50 mm>pitch 40 mm>pitch30 mm>flat blade.[Conclusion]Proper control of cut length can effectively improve the quality stability and smoking quality of cigarette products.
