基于微孔参数优化的超流体陀螺噪声抑制方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决超流体陀螺噪声较大,限制其高测量精度的潜力发挥的问题,提出了一种基于微孔参数优化的噪声抑制方法。根据超流体流过单一微孔的速度幅值,分析了微孔孔径对超流体流量幅值的影响;在考虑热噪声的情况下,推导了微孔数量和超流体流量幅值之间的方程;构建了微孔参数与超流体陀螺噪声之间的数学模型。基于该数学模型开展仿真与分析,由仿真结果可知:随着微孔孔径和微孔数量的增加,陀螺噪声呈现下降的趋势。采用最优微孔参数:微孔孔径为95 nm,微孔数量为5625时,超流体陀螺的噪声被抑制为取通用参数(微孔孔径为70 nm,微孔数量为4225)时的1/2,使得超流体陀螺的测量精度得到了显著提高。 In order to solve the problem that the noise of superfluid gyro is large and the potential of its high measurement accuracy is limited,a noise suppression method based on micropore parameter optimization is proposed.According to the velocity amplitude of the superfluid flowing through a single aperture,the influence of the aperture diameter on the amplitude of the superfluid flow is analyzed.Then considering the thermal noise,the equation between aperture number and the superfluid flow’s magnitude is derived,and the mathematical model between the gyroscope’s noise and the aperture parameters is established.Simulation and analysis are carried out based on the mathematical model,and the simulation results show that,with the increasing of aperture diameter and aperture number,the noise of superfluid gyroscope is decreased.Based on the optimal aperture arrays parameters(aperture diameter is 95 nm and aperture number is 5625),the noise of the superfluid gyroscope is reduced to 1/2 of the common aperture parameters(aperture diameter is 70 nm and aperture number is 4225),which significantly improves the measurement accuracy of the superfluid gyroscope.
