摘要 针对福建某硫化铜矿石,结合矿石性质与浮选工艺特点,进行了磨矿细度、调整剂、抑制剂、捕收剂种类以及用量等一系列条件试验,确定了最佳工艺参数范围。采用铜优先浮选、选铜尾矿再选硫的工艺流程,经过两次粗选、一次精选、四次扫选优先浮铜和一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选选硫,获得了产率5.75%、铜品位22.43%、回收率90.62%的铜精矿和产率16.14%、硫品位51.04%、回收率68.95%的硫精矿,所得试验指标较为先进,可为该矿山开发提供有力的数据支撑。 According to the properties of a copper sulfide ore in Fujian province and the characteristics of flotation process,a series of condition tests were carried out on grinding fineness,adjusting agent,inhibitor,collector type and dosage,etc.,and the optimum range of technological parameters was determined.The process flow of copper preferential flotation and copper tailings reconcentration is adopted,after two-roughing,one-concentration,four-cleaning preferential selection of copper,and one-roughing,two-concentration and one-cleaning to selection sulfur,copper concentrate with yield of 5.75%,copper grade of 22.43% and recovery of 90.62%,and sulfur concentrate with yield of 16.14%,sulfur grade of51.04%and recovery of 68.95%have been obtained.The test results obtained are advanced and can provide powerful data support for the development of the mine.
