摘要
针对锡铁山矿的特点开发了矿浆品位在线智能检测与控制系统。以贝恩光电能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析仪为核心的矿浆品位在线检测系统实现了6路矿浆的分时自动检测,数据分析,存储及上传,实时优化品位检测的模型,能够消除矿浆波动、现场环境因素等引起的测量误差。S7-1200为核心的控制系统实现了检测控制系统中设备的自动运行、定时进料、定时测量、定时排料和数据的存储,并能够实现测量结果的优化与上传。锡铁山铅锌矿生产线矿浆24h连续试验表明:检测结果可以准确反映现场矿浆实时品位变化趋势,其准确性能够满足指导生产需求。
According to the characteristics of Xitieshan mine,an intelligent on-line detection and control system for ore pulp grade is developed.With Bain photoelectric energy dispersive X fluorescence analyzer as the core of pulp grade on-line detection system,which has realized the 6 pulp automatic timesharing detection,data analysis,storage and uploading,the model of real-time optimization grade detection can eliminate pulp fluctuation and the measuring error caused by the environmental factors,etc.The control system with S7-1200 as the core realizes the automatic operation,timing feeding,timing measurement,timing discharge and data storage of the equipment in the detection control system,as well as the optimization and uploading of the measurement results.The 24-hour continuous test of slurry in the production line of Xitieshan lead-zinc mine shows that the test results can accurately reflect the real-time grade change trend of the slurry on site,and its accuracy can meet the guiding production demand.
