摘要
以C25混凝土试块、烧结砖为原料,分别制备混凝土微粉(RCP)、砖微粉(RBP),分析颗粒细度及化学组分,并按0%,5%,10%,20%,50%比例的混凝土微粉(RCP)、砖微粉(RBP)及10%经球磨1 h和2 h的混凝土微粉(RCP)、砖微粉(RBP)分别配制同配合比的水泥胶砂试块,测试其抗压强度及抗折强度。试验结果表明:再生微粉具有良好的水化活性,其中RCP较RBP活性更高;再生微粉的有效掺量范围在20%以下,RCP的最佳掺量为5%;微粉颗粒细度对其活性有一定的影响,球磨时间控制在1 h左右。
Two types of recycled powders-recycled concrete powder(RCP)and clay brick powder(RBP),were tested by a series of orthogonal test(with cement replacement ratio at 0%,5%,10%,20%,50%,ball-milling time at 0 h,1 h and 2 h),in order to analyses the relationship between fineness and components of recycled powders in CRM(cement-recycled powder mix)with the mechanical properties of their cement mortars.The results show that RCP has a better behavior in hydration activation than RBP.The results show that RCP has better behavior in hydration activity than RBP.The effective contents of recycled powder in cement mortar is under 20%.The optimal content of RCP is 5%.Grain fineness can affect the recycled powder’s activity,and the ball-milling time should be controlled around 1 hour.
