摘要
随着全球信息化的整合加速,数据中心的建设需求不断增长,数据中心建设问题也不断突显。在数据中心全生命周期中应用建筑信息建模(BIM)技术,能够有效提高设计及建造质量、缩短施工周期、降低建设及运营成本、提升运营效率。以亦庄云计算中心为例,介绍了BIM技术在数据中心设计阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段的针对性应用环节及应用成效。通过BIM技术的全生命周期应用,有效解决了目前数据中心存在的突出问题,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。
With the acceleration of the integration of global information,the demand for the construction of data center is growing,and the problem of data center construction is also highlighted.The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of data center can effectively improve the quality of design and construction,shorten the construction cycle,reduce the cost of construction and operation,and improve the operation efficiency.Taking Yizhuang Cloud Computing Center as an example,the paper introduced the targeted application links and application results of BIM technology at the design stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance stage of Yizhuang Cloud Computing Center.Through the whole life cycle application of BIM technology,the outstanding problems existing in the data center were effectively solved,good social and economic benefits were obtained.
