改革开放40年乡镇民间体育组织的历史变迁与启示——以G镇为个案的实证考察

Historical Changes and Enlightenment of Township Folk Sports Organizations in 40 Years of Reform and Opening up: A case study of G Town

采用个案分析、实地调查、口述史记录等研究方法,考察了改革开放40年安徽省G镇民间体育组织演变的历史脉络与特征,在此基础上对我国乡镇体育组织变迁进行了理论探索。研究认为改革开放40年G镇民间体育组织经历了恢复初建期(1978-1991年)、快速成长期(1992-2001年)和蓬勃发展期(2002-2018年)三个阶段的流变过程。G镇民间体育组织变迁对我国乡镇体育组织发展的启示是:传统与现代融合是乡镇体育组织发展的文化诉求;国家与社会互构是乡镇体育组织发展的主体关系;走向“善治”是未来乡镇体育组织发展的治理理念。

By means of case analysis,field investigation and oral history recording,this paper studied the historical change and characteristics of fork sports organization evolution in Guzhen town of Anhui province during the 40years of reform and opening up.According to the research,since the reform and opening up,Guzhen folk sports organization underwent three stages:the initial reconstruction period(1978-1991),the rapid growth period(1992-2001)and the vigorous development period(2002-present).The enlightenment was that the integration of tradition and modernity was the cultural appeal of the development of folk sports organizations in townships,the interrelationship between the state and society was the main body of the development of folk sports organizations in townships,and moving towards“good governance”was the governance concept of future development of folk sports organizations in townships.
