基于Matlab神经网络算法的智能变电站光纤回路自学习及自动设计的研究 被引量:10

摘要 随着智能变电站建设速度不断加快,大规模智能变电站新建和改扩建工程集中投产。在此背景下,由于设计人员和运维人员在经验、习惯方面的差异,智能变电站光纤回路标准化设计难度大,光纤回路设计与正确性校核靠人工完成,设计效率低、图纸正确性校核困难。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于神经网络算法的智能变电站光纤回路自动设计方案。通过采集海量变电站物理配置描述文件(SPCD文件),经过人工智能学习,建立神经网络决策树,实现根据二次系统设计要求自动输出光纤回路设计图纸。该方案利用人工智能技术提升了智能变电站光纤回路设计效率和质量,进而实现光纤回路设计的标准化、智能化。 With the acceleration of intelligent substation construction,large-scale intelligent substation construction and expansion projects have been put into operation.In this context,due to the differences in experience and habits between designers and operators,it is difficult to standardize the design of optical fiber circuit in smart substation.The design and correctness check of optical fiber circuit are completed manually,the design efficiency is low and the correctness check of drawings is difficult.To solve the above problems,an automatic design scheme of optical fiber circuit in intelligent substation based on neural network algorithm is proposed.By collecting a large number of physical configuration description files(SPCD files)of substations and learning from artificial intelligence,the decision tree of neural network is established to automatically output the design drawings of optical fiber circuit according to the requirements of secondary system design.This scheme improves the efficiency and quality of the design of optical fiber circuit in intelligent substation by using artificial intelligence technology,and then realizes the standardization and intellectualization of the design of optical fiber circuit.
