摘要
自制交联型自着色聚氨酯规避了传统聚氨酯着色的缺点,并表现出优异的高温加工性能。采用自制聚氨酯对芳纶1414织物进行热压涂层,为芳纶织物提供一种简单易行的着色方法。涂层芳纶织物具有优异的颜色性能,K/S值为4.37,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度分别可达5级和4~5级,褪色和沾色牢度分别可达4~5级和4级。
The self-made cross-linked self-colored polyurethane avoided the disadvantages of traditional coloring method and showed excellent high-temperature processing performance. The aramid 1414 fabric was coated with self-made polyurethane through hot-pressing, which provided a simple and easy-to-operate method for coloring aramid fabric. The coated aramid fabric had excellent color properties, K/S value was4.37, dry and wet rubbing color fastness could reach 5 and 4~5 grade, respectively, and fading and staining fastness could reach 4~5 and 4 grade, respectively.
