摘要 目的了解男性体重指数(body mass index,BMI)对体外受精胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVFET)助孕结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年12月因单纯输卵管因素在陆军第七十三集团军医院生殖医学中心接受IVF-ET辅助生殖技术治疗的3759对夫妻的病例资料,女性年龄均<35岁。将研究对象按男性BMI分为低BMI组(146对,BMI<18.5kg/m2)、正常BMI组(1969对,BMI:18.5~24.9kg/m2)和高BMI组(1644对,BMI>24.9kg/m2)。比较各组的基本资料,并采用多因素logistic回归分析评估男性BMI对IVF-ET助孕结局的影响。结果高BMI组与正常BMI组比较,临床妊娠率无显著差异,P=0.111,OR=0.890,95%CI 0.771~1.027,但是活产率与正常BMI组比较有显著下降,P=0.043,OR=0.869,95%CI 0.758~0.996。低BMI组与正常BMI组比较,妊娠结局无显著差异。结论男性BMI会对IVF-ET助孕结局产生影响。对即将接受辅助生殖技术治疗的夫妻,在进入治疗周期前,双方都应该采取相应措施以保持正常的BMI水平,才能有利于获得更好的助孕结局。 Objective To investigate the effects of body mass index(BMI)in male on outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Method A total of 3759 IVF-ET cycles in the period of January 2013 to December 2017 for tubal factors with female age under 35 years old were divided into 3 groups according to the BMI in male.Multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to evaluate the effects of male body mass index on outcomes of IVF-ET,with adjustments made for important covariates and potential confounding factors.Result There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate between the high BMI group and the normal BMI group(P=0.111,OR=0.890,95%CI 0.771-1.027),but the live birth rate was significantly lower than the normal BMI group(P=0.043,OR=0.869,95%CI 0.758-0.996).Conclusion High BMI is associated with negative outcomes of IVF-ET.
