加速康复外科在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative care of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的探讨加速康复外科在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法选取2018年7月至2018年10月在北京同仁医院行鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者84例,按围术期护理方法的不同分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,实验组给予快速康复护理,比较两组患者焦虑状况、术前不适、术后不良反应、住院时间及住院费用的差异。结果实验组术前口渴及饥饿评分,术后焦虑状况评分,术后恶心、呕吐发生率及住院费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉内镜手术围术期护理中应用加速康复外科理念可减轻患者术前不适、术后焦虑状况,减少不良反应,缩短住院时间并减少住院费用,值得在临床护理工作中应用。

Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative care of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method Objective sampling method was adopted to select 84 patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to October 2018.According to different perioperative nursing methods,the patients were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases).Routine perioperative nursing was given to the control group,and enhanced recovery after surgery nursing was given to the experimental group.Anxiety status,preoperative discomfort,postoperative adverse reactions,length of stay and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Result Preoperative discomfort(thirst and hunger),postoperative anxiety,postoperative adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting),hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can reduce preoperative discomfort,postoperative anxiety and adverse reactions,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospitalization costs,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
