Research Progress of Network Pharmacology Method of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine

复方中药是辨证审因决定治法,选择合适的药物药量,按照组成原则妥善配伍而成的一组药物。现代药理研究结果表明,复方中药具有“多成分、多靶点和多途径”协同作用的特点,使其研究更加难以展开。随着医学科学和生命科学步入后基因组时代,以系统生物学、多项药理学生物信息学相结合的网络药理学被广泛应用于复方中药的现代化研究。网络药理学强调网络靶标的研究模式,从整体上探索药物与疾病的相关性,这与复方中药的整体性和系统性不谋而合。本文将就网络药理学在复方中药中的研究方法、应用和存在的问题进行概述,以期为复方中药的网络药理学研究提供参考。

Compound traditional Chinese medicine is a group of drugs that are determined by syndrome differentiation and decision-making method,compiling by selecting appropriate drug dose and according to composition principle.Results of modern pharmacological research indicate that the compound traditional Chinese medicine has synergistic characteristics of“multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway”,which makes related researches more difficult to develop.With the medical science and life science entering post-genome era,the network pharmacology combined from system biology and multi-pharmaceutical bioinformatics is widely used in the modernized research of compound tradtional Chinese medicine.Network pharmacology emphasizes the research model of network target,and explores the correlation between drugs and diseases as a whole,which holds the same view with the integrity and systematicness of compound traditional Chinese medicine.This article will summarize the research methods,applications and existing problems of network pharmacology in compound trational Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the network pharmacology research of compound traditional Chinese medicine.
