摘要
吸附是一种成本较低、去除水中染料污染效果好的工艺。本文以废报纸为基材,通过静电吸附自组装法制成了具有高吸附性能的可简单回收的氧化石墨烯(GO)复合纸,研究了其对含亚甲基蓝(MB)废水的吸附效果。结果表明:使用7m g/m l的GO溶液中制备的复合纸、在MB溶液p H=11、吸附剂用量为3.7g/m^2、反应温度45℃时,对100ml的MB溶液的吸附效果达到103.5mg/g。并考察了使用木质素磺酸钠作为GO分散剂的效果,发现使用生物质基的表面活性剂分散GO制备的复合纸的吸附量相比使用十二烷基磺酸钠作为分散剂的吸附效果提高了9.02%,可达113.76mg/g。这种易分离、吸附效果好的环保型材料在污水处理领域具有潜在的应用前景。
Adsorption is a comparatively cheap process which is effective on the removal of dyes.A simple recoverable graphene oxide composite paper with high adsorption performance was prepared through electrostatic adsorption self-assembly method based on recovered newspaper.The adsorption effect of composite paper on wastewater containing methylene blue was studied.The results of the composite paper prepared in 7 mg/ml GO solution showed that the adsorption capacity towards 100 mL methylene blue solution was 103.5 mg/g,when the condition of pH value of MB solution was 11,the adsorbent dosage was 3.7g/m^2,and the adsorption was carried out at 45℃.The effect of introducing sodium lignin sulfonate as dispersant of GO was also investigated.The adsor ption capacity of the composite paper contained sodium lignin sulfonate reached to 113.76 mg/g and increased by 9.02%than the sodium laurylsulfonate contained one.This environmental friendly and low-cost material is easy separation,exhibited good adsorption for dyes,and could be used for the application in wastewater treatment.
