摘要
本实验利用一套自行设计的鼓泡反应装置进行了臭氧前置氧化、氧化镁溶液吸收的脱硫脱硝反应特性研究,探索了臭氧浓度、混合烟气温度、吸收液pH值、反应温度、SO2及NO初始浓度等参数对脱硫脱硝效率的影响。结果显示,高O3浓度和烟气温度有助于SO2和NO的脱除,但吸收液pH值和反应温度不宜过高,烟气中的SO2浓度变化对NO的脱除效率影响甚微。最佳实验条件下SO2脱除效率可达99%,NO脱除效率可达52%。
The experiments of simultaneousdesulfurization and denitrification were carried out using pre-oxidation by ozone and absorption by magnesium oxide solution in a self-designed bubbling reactor.The effects of ozone concentration,mixed flue gas temperature,pH value,reaction temperature and initial concentration of SO2 and NO on desulfurization and denitrification efficiencies were investigated.The results showed that high O3 concentration and flue gas temperature were helpful for SO2 and NO removal,but the pH value and reaction temperature should not be too high to achieve high removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO,and SO2 concentration in flue gas had little effect on NO removal efficiency.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the removal efficiency of SO2 and NO can reach 99%and 52%,respectively.
