气浮池内气泡分布影响因素的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 对平流型气浮池进行结构简化,用gambit软件进行建模并划分网格,设置初始边界条件和两相流的混合湍流模型。利用fluent软件对不同的气浮结构进行分析,主要对气浮池进水口位置、含气率、不同的气泡直径下对气浮效果的影响进行分析。结果表明:从气浮池上部进水、含气率越高、气泡直径越小时,气浮效果最佳,为气浮池的优化设计提供了依据。 For horizontal flow type gas float pool to simplify structure,using gambit software modeling and mesh,set the initial boundary conditions and the mixture of two phase flow turbulence model.Using the fluent software to analyze the different gas floating structure,the main water inlet position of air flotation pool,long gas rate,different depth ratio under the analysis of the influence on the effect of air floatation.The results show that the effect of air floating is the best when the upper part of air floating pool is filled with water,the higher the air content and the smaller the bubble diameter,which provides a basis for the optimal design of air floating pool.
