表面活性剂辅助——微波法提取金盏花中叶黄素的工艺研究

摘要 采用表面活性剂辅助-微波法提取金盏花的叶黄素。研究了表面活性剂种类及浓度、微波提取时间、温度、料液比对叶黄素提取率的影响。利用单因素法和响应曲面分析法研究表面活性剂辅助-微波法提取金盏花叶黄素的最佳条件为:浓度42 mg·mL^-1的月桂酰肌氨酸钠(OLI-4208),料液比为1︰20 mg/mL,微波提取温度68℃,微波提取时间5 min,金盏花叶黄素的提取率可达70.35%。 Lutein of calendula was extracted by surfactant-assisted microwave method.The effects of surfactant type and concentration,microwave extraction time,temperature and ratio of material to liquid on lutein extraction rate were studied.The optimum conditions for the extraction of marigold lutein by surfactant-assisted-microwave method were studied by single factor method and response surface analysis method:a concentration of 42 mg·mL^-1 of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate(OLI-4208),ratio of material to liquid 1︰20 mg/mL,microwave extraction temperature 68℃,microwave extraction time 5 min,The extraction rate of lutein can reach 70.35%.
