废弃CRTs(阴极射线管)含铅玻璃资源化技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着显像管技术的不断更新,我国的阴极射线管(CRTs)显示器的报废量持续增加。废弃的CRTs玻璃中含有大量的铅,具有较大的环境风险。从近年来国内外废CRTs含铅玻璃处理研究技术现状出发,归纳总结了废CRTs含铅玻璃回收处理工艺,分析了其特点及发展趋势,并指出未来该领域新技术的研发应关注的两个重点:一是以材料形式回收的产品的环境风险和应用领域;二是以铅分离回收为目的处理过程应满足经济可行性要求,便于工业化生产。 With the renewal of kinescope technology,the quantity of discarded cathode ray tubes(CRTs)glass continues to increase.The waste CRTs glass contained a lot of lead,which could bring about the environmental risk.Based on the domestic and foreign status of research on the treatment of lead-containing glass in waste CRTs,the technologies of lead separation and recycling were summarized and their characteristics and developments were analyzed.It was pointed out that the further research and development of new technology in this field should paid attention to 2 aspects,one is the environmental risk and application area about the products from waste CRTs,the other is the satisfiability to economic feasibility and the applicability for industrial production about the recycling process of lead in waste CRTs.
