摘要
垃圾发电厂是近几年我国大力发展的垃圾处理模式,因为相较于垃圾填埋和堆肥,该项技术可节约有限的土地资源,同时通过一系列化学反应减少在垃圾处理过程中可能带来的二次污染,并且对垃圾进行焚烧处理能有效实现能源资源化利用,所以该技术必然将是未来我国垃圾处理的主要方式。该技术在以美国和日本为主的一些发达国家有很长的发展历史和较为领先的技术,而在我国从80年代末才刚刚接触的垃圾焚烧发电处理法,起步较晚,仍处于迅速发展阶段。相比之下,我国的垃圾焚烧发电与发达国家的差距还很大,在这个进程中,面临着众多有待解决的关于设备、施工、技术和运营管理等方面的问题,本文将以普宁市生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目为背景,结合炉排焚烧炉的应用从垃圾焚烧的措施入手,通过分析焚烧线的安装特征,探讨实际安装施工中相应策略。
Garbage power plant is a waste treatment mode developed in China in recent years,because this technology can save limited land resources compared with landfill and compost,and reduce the possibility of garbage disposal through a series of chemical reactions.The secondary pollution brought about by the incineration of waste can effectively realize the utilization of energy resources,so this technology will inevitably be the main way of garbage disposal in China in the future.This technology has a long history of development and relatively advanced technology in some developed countries dominated by the United States and Japan.The waste incineration power generation treatment method that has just been in contact since the late 1980s started late and is still developing rapidly.stage.In contrast,China's waste incineration power generation is still far from the developed countries.In this process,there are many problems to be solved about equipment,construction,technology and operation management.This article will be based on life in Puning.In the background of the waste incineration power plant project,combined with the application of the grate incinerator,the measures of the incineration line are analyzed,and the corresponding strategies in the actual installation and construction are discussed by analyzing the installation characteristics of the incineration line.
