摘要
石油化工污水具有成分复杂,浓度高特点,处理过程中,在收集池、隔油池、气浮池、生化各个环节会产生大量的恶臭废气,其中废气成分主要有苯系物、烃类、硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚等。恶臭性废气给周围环境带来了巨大的干扰。本研究针对含苯废水采用吸附回收+多相催化氧化技术解决污水预处理过程产生的高浓度挥发性有机物及恶臭废气问题,中试研究结果表明该技术对VOCs效果好,恶臭废气得到明显的治理。
Petrochemical wastewater is characterized by complex composition and high concentration.In the process of wastewater treatment,a large number of odors will be generated in the collection tank,oil separation tank,air flotation and biochemical links,among which the waste gases are mainly composed of benzene series,hydrocarbons,hydrogen sulfide,mercaptan and sulfur ether.Odors has brought great disturbance to the surrounding environment.In this study,high concentration of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and odors generated from wastewater pretreatment were solved by adsorption recovery and multiphase catalytic oxidation technology.The results of pilot test show that the technology has a good effect on VOCs and can effectively control the odors.
