规范国内高校实验室安全管理对策研究

Study on Regulation and Management of Safety in University Laboratories

本文研讨了新时期国内高校实验室快速扩张,安全风险增大现象,在近年国内外实验室典型事故分类统计的基础上,进行了事故因素权重因子分析,并借鉴先进高校实验室安全管理范例,提出了高校实验室应建立严密的分级准入制、实行高风险实验特许备案与过程监督等安全管理的可行性强的对策与可操作的措施。

This paper discusses the phenomena of rapid expansion of laboratories in domestic universities in the new era and the increase of safety risks.A weighted factor analysis of accident factors was carried out using statistical data from recent years of accidents in laboratories both domestic and abroad.,With reference to the examples of safety management practices of laboratories in advanced universities,it is proposed that university laboratories should establish strict graded access system and implement high-risk experiment licensing and filing,process supervision and other feasible safety management countermeasures and operational measures.
