摘要
本文以郑州工程技术学院化工食品学院为例,探讨了基于OBE教学理念下专业教师对大学生创新创业训练计划项目的指导模式。在“第二课堂”中以成果为导向,以学生为中心,提出以全体学生的需求为标准来设计创新创业训练过程。依托该指导模式,郑州工程技术学院化工食品学院在“2018年大学生创新创业训练计划项目”中荣获立项17项(国家级1项、省级2项、市级3项,校级11项)的佳绩,占全校总立项数的51.5%。实践证明,该指导模式具有较强的扩展性和推广应用价值,为新工科背景下应用型本科高校提升人才培养质量提供了可借鉴的方案。
By using School of Chemical Engineering&Food Science of Zhengzhou Institute of Technology as an example,the reform and practice for guidance model of professional teachers to the innovative entrepreneurship training program for students based on OBE(outcome-based education)engineering education concept was discussed in the article.We put forward to the needs of all students as the standard to design innovative entrepreneurship training process in the“second classroom”under result-oriented and student-centered.Depending on this guidance model,the undergraduates of School of Chemical Engineering&Food Science of Zhengzhou Institute of Technology have won seventeen awards(one national,two provincial,three municipal and eleven school-level)in the“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students in 2018”,accounting for 51.5%of the total number of projects.The practice proved that the guidance pattern of professional teachers to students guided by OBE was strong expansibility and application value,which brought a referenceable and feasible way for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to improve the quality of personnel training under the background of emerging engineering education.
