摘要
以二苯甲酰甲烷和三苯基氧膦为混合配体,合成了三元配合物Eu(HTTA)3(TPPO)2。对配合物进行了氢谱、红外结构表征。配合物经紫外光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命、荧光量子效率等分析,表明配合物可以发出很强的铕的特征红色荧光,其荧光寿命为753.41μs,荧光量子效率为83.00%。配合物作为红光材料,制成白光LED器件,进行色温和色坐标的测定,表明该材料具有一定的应用前景。
Ternary complex Eu(HTTA)3(TPPO)2 was synthesized by using diphenylmethane and triphenylphosphine oxide as mixed ligands.The complexes were characterized by 1 H NMR and infrared spectroscopy.The complexes were analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum efficiency.The results show that the complexes can emit strong red fluorescence of Europium,a fluorescence lifetime of 753.41μs and a fluorescence quantum efficiency of 83.00%.The complex is used as red light material to make white LED device.The color temperature and color coordinate are measured.It shows that this material has a certain application prospect.
