摘要
以奥贝胆酸为原料,与二甲羟胺盐酸盐缩合反应后,经硼氢化锂还原得到3α,7α-二羟基-6α-乙基-5β-胆烷-24-醇(3)。目标化合物经核磁确证。该方法工艺操作简便,反应条件温和,转化率高。
After condensing with dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride by using obeticholic acid as raw material,it is reduced by lithium borohydride to obtain 3α,7α-dihydroxy-6α-ethyl-5β-cholane-24-ol(3).The target compound was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance.The method has simple process,mild reaction condition and high conversion rate.
