摘要
正丁基硫代磷酰三胺生产危险废弃物含硫量高达23.93%,高温焚烧处理时烟气中高的二氧化硫含量会造成回转窑及整个配套设备腐蚀严重,容易出现在线烟气严重超标、产生次生环境污染的情况。本研究通过在前期加入不同种类的固硫剂对正丁基硫代磷酰三胺生产危险废弃物进行预处理和在线烟道喷射固硫剂的方式,对高温焚烧处理工艺进行改进,同时监测尾气中二氧化硫的含量变化情况,使尾气排放能够达到《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》,为高含硫危废的焚烧处置探索了一条新的途径。
The sulfur content of hazardous waste from n-butyl thiophosphamide production amounts to 23.93%.The high sulfur dioxide content in flue gas during elevated temperature incineration treatment will cause serious corrosion of the rotary kiln and the entire supporting equipment,which is easy to occur in the situation of acute excess of online flue gas and secondary environmental pollution.In this study,the exalted temperature incineration process was enhanced by adding different kinds of sulfur fixing agents to pretreat the hazardous wastes from the production of n-butylthiophosphoramide and spraying sulfur fixing agents on-line flue.At the same time,the change of sulfur dioxide content in the tail gas was monitored,so that the tail gas emissions could reach the"Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standards".The pollution control standard of waste incineration has explored a new way for the incineration disposal of hazardous waste with high sulfur content.
