本文主要介绍了油泥的来源、油泥的危害、油泥的处理难点及油泥的主要处理方法。当前处理油泥的方法有焚烧法、热处理法、焦化法、萃取法及生物法。这些方法被大部分油田、炼油厂采用。本文主要介绍了这几种方法的原理、工艺条件及当前存在的问题。同时也指出了油泥除油技术未来的发展方向。

This paper mainly introduces the source of sludge,the harm of sludge,the difficulty of sludge treatment and the main methods of sludge treatment.Current methods of sludge treatment include incineration,heat treatment,coking,extraction and biological methods.These methods are adopted by most oil fields and refineries.This paper mainly introduces the principles,technological conditions and existing problems of these methods.At the same time,the future development direction of sludge deoiling technology is pointed out.
