摘要
学校教育教学质量能否提高,主要取决于教师,尤其是青年教师。青年教师的有效培养也关系到高校的可持续发展。本文对转型背景下青年教师的考评和奖励机制现状及问题进行了分析,并对建立新的青年教师考评及奖励机制提出了设想,为以后转型院校人才队伍建设提供参考。
It is depended mainly on teachers,whether the quality of school education can be improved especially young teachers.The effective training of young teachers is also related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the evaluation and reward mechanism of young teachers in the context of transformation,and puts forward their own views on the establishment of new evaluation and reward mechanism for young teachers,which provides a reference for the future construction of talent teams in transition institutions.
